Maintenance mode
When you activate maintenance mode your site will be non reachable except for the page and options you configured here.
Enable Maintenance Mode -> Choose to enable/disable maintenance mode
Maintenance Mode Background Image -> Choose background image for the maintenance mode
Maintenance Mode Date & Time -> Choose date and time when the site will be back live
Maintenance Title -> Enter maintenance title. Use brackets to make a word bolder like: [text]
Maintenance Subtitle -> Enter maintenance subtitle
Maintenance MailChimp Key -> Enter mailchimp api key to allow subscriptions
Maintenance MailChimp List Id -> Enter mailchimp list id
Maintenance Facebook Profile -> Enter a link to your facebook profile
Maintenance Google+ Profile -> Enter a link to your google+ profile
